Shipping policy
Where do you ship? We currently ship within the United States only. Free standard shipping is available on all orders, coast to coast — no minimum required.
How long does delivery take? Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays or high-demand periods.
Will I receive a tracking number? Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us at contact@eassybeauty.com and we'll do our best to help.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? We want you to love your EASSY products. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
How do I start a return? To initiate a return, please contact our support team at contact@eassybeauty.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.
Who covers the return shipping cost? Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. The only exception is if your item arrived damaged or defective — in that case, we'll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. You'll be notified by email as soon as your refund has been issued. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the credit.
What if my product arrives damaged or defective? We're sorry if that happens — it's not the experience we want for you. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at contact@eassybeauty.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Can I exchange a product? At this time, we don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order.
